Use of Facility for Visitation and Service of Funeral Director and Staff for Supervision Visitation(includes one visitation period.) Use of Facility other than Funeral Home. Removal of the Deceased from the Place of Death to the Mortuary(within a 20 mile radius.) If a second staff member is necessary to complete the removal, an additional charge will apply. Automotive equipment, Funeral Coach, Flower Van, Utility Vehicle and Driver.
