William Hadley

William Hadley, age 88, born in Perdido, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Friday, August 23, 2024 at his residence. He was retired from working in maintenance at Mannor Slacks and William F. Green State Veterans Home.

He is survived by his wife, Mildred Stewart Hadley of Bay Minette, AL; two daughters, Wanda Hadley (Johnny) Goins of Bay Minette, AL and Melinda Hadley (Randall) Thomley of Tensaw; one brother, Wilburn (Shirley) Hadley of Bay Minette, AL; two sisters, Joyce Ann Jackson of Poarch and Dona Johnson of Little River; daughter-in-law, Michelle Webb Hadley of Bay Minette, AL; grandchildren, Bobby (Tabatha) Goins, Sarah (Jesse) Baggett, Brandon (Andra) Goins, Jonathan (Ashleigh) Thomley, Hannah (Levi) Anderson and Rebekah Thomley; bonus grandchildren, Gary Goins, Debbie Goins and Lisa Singleton and great grandchildren, Jaycee Goins, Hartly Goins, Madi Goins, Shenandoah Baggett, Henley Goins, Benjamin Baggett, Ansleigh Goins, Harper Goins, Callen Baggett, Fletcher Baggett, Hallie Goins and Lydia Rae Thomley

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clark and Evie Anderson Hadley; a daughter, Sara Alice Hadley; a son, Keith Hadley; a grandson, Nathan Hadley; brothers, Willie Hadley, Willard Hadley and Willis Lee Hadley and sisters, Virginia Hadley, Mattie Boatright, Katie Hall and Hazel Roberts.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Jon Anderson, sister Helen Stewart and Reverend Jesse Baggett officiating. Burial will follow at Dean Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday, August 26, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 0p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Kenny Hayles, Ken Hayles, Levi Anderson, Larry Peacock, Gary Goins and Laron Stoker. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandsons, Bobby Goins, Brandon Goins and Jonathan Thomley.
