Wendell Aubrey Walker

Wendell Aubrey Walker, age 79, born in Mobile, AL and a resident of Rabun died Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Robertsdale Healthcare. He was a retired foreman at Standard Furniture.

He is survived by his wife, Nellie D. Catrett Walker of Rabun; stepchildren, Earl Ray (Susan) Bell of Pensacola, FL, Jessie D. Marlene of Rabun, C. Daline (David) Owen of Rabun and Carol A. Bell; four brothers, Shelby (Doreen) Walker of Saraland, AL, Ricky Walker of Creola, AL, Stanley (Lisa) Walker of Creola, AL and Billy (Linda) Walker of Mobile, AL; two sisters, Faye (Don) Tuberville of Creola, AL and Debra (Cecil) Ward of Mobile, AL; four step grandchildren ten step great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Joyce Ellison and Sandra Ellison and his children, Donna Walker, Wendell A. Walker, Jr. and Ladon Walker.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Christian Fellowship Tabernacle Church in Spanish Fort with Reverend Don Tuberville officiating.
