Vivian Louise Godwin Hadley, age 87, born in the White House Fork Community and a resident of Perdido, AL died Saturday, January 4, 2025 at her residence. She was a retired seamstress at Mannor Slacks. She loved God, church, family, gardening, crocheting and cooking.
She is survived by her children, Connie (Mitch) Owens of Pine Grove, Nancy Hadley of Perdido, AL, Randy (Melissa) Hadley of Daphne, AL, Michael (Peggy) Hadley of Semmes, AL and Kathy (Mike) Johnson of Perdido, AL; one brother, George (Cathy) Godwin of Ashville, AL; grandchildren, Beth Owens, Jessica Owens, Joseph Owens, Tina McCall, Jonathon Shipp, Amanda Hadley, Aaron Hadley, Michaela Hadley, Seth Hadley, Brittany Baggett and Dustin Baggett and twenty-three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis Lee Hadley; her parents, Carroll and Johnie Godwin; a sister, Katherine Fitkin; a brother, Robert Godwin; great grandchild, Johnnie Cheyanne Shipp and a great great grandchild, Ashton Allen.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Sister Helen Stewart and Reverend Danny Ray Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 7, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service at Norris Funeral Home
Pallbearers will be Joseph Owens, Jonathon Shipp, Aaron Hadley, Seth Hadley, Dustin Baggett, Aiden Owens and Alex Owens.
