Viola Mae "Ola" (English) Quinley

Viola Mae “Ola” English Quinley, age 84, born in Atmore, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Saturday, March 16, 2024 at her residence. She was a retired teacher for Head Start.

She is survived by her children, Harold (Camilla) English of Bay Minette, AL; Randy (Karen) McClellan of Crestview, FL, Danny (Jennifer) Quinley of Bay Minette, AL, Gregg (Sherri) Quinley of Bay Minette, AL, Larry (Pam) Quinley of Atmore, AL and Susan Huggins (Rufus) Thompson of Bay Minette, AL; siblings, Jessie Kelly of Satsuma, AL and Amy Arthur of Michigan; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Willie English and two sisters, Everlyn Spence and Aline Weaver.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Minister Jerry Childs officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 20, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Lee Huggins, Josh Huggins, Tucker English, Arian Martin, David Quinley, Thomas Shaffer and Dempsey Parker.
