Thomas Archie “Tom” McMillan, age 80, a native of Stockton, AL died March 12, 2026 at his home with family in Orange Beach, AL. Tom was born March 15, 1945. He was an elder of the Stockton Presbyterian Church and owned and operated Baldwin Pole & Piling.
Survivors include his wife, Harriet D’Olive McMillan of Orange Beach, AL; his children, Thomas Archie (Sarah) McMillan, Jr. of Bay Minette, AL, Jessica McMillan (John) Mostellar of Mobile, AL and Andrew D’Olive (Brook) McMillan of Mobile, AL; one brother, Robert Malcolm “Bob” (Mary Lou) McMillan of Stockton, AL; one sister, Linda McMillan (Clyde Madison) Steele of Stockton, AL and grandchildren, John Thomas Mostellar, III, Marvin McMillan Mostellar, Thomas Archie McMillan, III, Mary Stuart McMillan, Robert Andrew Mostellar, Ann Claire McMillan and Andrew D’Olive McMillan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Archie Malcom “Big Bill” and Leola McGill McMillan.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Stockton Presbyterian Church with Reverend Ken Lane officiating. Private burial was held at Richerson Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons, John Thomas Mostellar, III, Marvin McMillan Mostellar, Robert Andrew Mostellar, Thomas Archie McMillan, III and Andrew D’Olive McMillan.
