Theresa Ann "Sue" Cox

Theresa Ann “Sue” Cox, age 72, born in Bay Minette, AL and a resident of Daphne, AL died Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Thomas Hospital. She was a Dietician for the Mobile County Health Department.

She is survived by one brother, Richard L. (Winifred) Cox of Stockton, AL and two sisters, Cora Adell Davis of Spanish Fort, AL and Julia Cox (Mike) Berry of Spanish Fort, AL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard L. Cox, Sr. and Margaret Gordon Bryant Cox; a nephew, David B. Cox and a great niece, Caroline Grace Berry.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the Stockton Methodist Church with Dr. Larry Bryars and Reverend Bill Price officiating. Burial will follow at Richerson Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. until the 10:30 a.m. service at Stockton Methodist Church.

Pallbearers will be Paul Berry, Gordon Berry, Phillip Berry, Jacob Berry, John Cox and Matthew Horton.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Stockton Methodist Church, 53370 State Highway 59, Stockton, AL 36579 or the Five Rivers Methodist Church, 30941 Mills Lane G305, Spanish Fort, AL 36527.
