Sylvia Browning Obituary

Sylvia White Browning, age, 82, a native and resident of Bay Minette, AL died Monday, September 23, 2019 at her residence. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by one son, James (Judy) Browning of Bay Minette, AL; two brothers, Malcolm White of Bay Minette, AL and Wayne White of Pine Grove; one sister, Elizabeth Joan (Leary) Fleming of Monticello, MS; son-in-la, Phillip Moore of Bunker, FL and five grandchildren, Marie (John) Harvey, Maranda Lambert, Doug (Laura) Lambert, Chris Browning and April (Michael) O’Briant.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bertrum James “BJ” Browning; two daughters, Beverly Hofer and Kathy Moore; two brothers, Issac White and Rodney White and a sister, Brenda White.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 29, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Dr. Henry Cox officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.

Although the family will accept flowers they suggest memorial contributions be made to the charity of your choice.
