Steven Douglas Hallett

Steven Douglas Hallett, age72, born in Pheonix, AZ and resident at William F. Green State Veterans Home died Tuesday, September 10, 2024.  He was a retired welder, a piano player and a published composer. Steve was an eternal optimist, always had big dreams, could see the best in everyone, and saw the glass half full in all he did. He has touched many lives through his music and positive attitude. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by a sister, Nola Sullivan, Scottsdale AZ; a brother, Gene Hallett, Lubbock TX and a son, Eric Hallett, Orange CA

Burial will be held Friday, September 20, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Alabama State Veterans Cemetery in Spanish Fort, AL.
