Shelby Ann (Flowers) Propst

Shelby Ann Flowers Propst, age 83, born in the Phillipsville Community and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Thursday, January 4, 2024 at her residence. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, Ronald Allen (Sharon) Propst of Bay Minette, AL and Douglas Sidney (Nina) Propst of Bay Minette, AL; two sisters, Janice Baggett of Lottie, AL and Bonnie Hadley of Perdido, AL; three grandchildren, Keith Allen (Grace) Propst, Stephen Michael Propst and Steven Fitzgerald and five great grandchildren, Sophia Propst, Jacob Propst, Ruby Propst, Faith Propst and Hope Fitzgerald.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Peter Propst; her parents, Liston and Mattie Carlisle Flowers and three sisters, Opal Arnette, Hazel Hall and Glynnis Daw.

Graveside services and burial will be held Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Bay Minette Cemetery with Reverend Chris Pruitt officiating.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 10, 2024 starting at 1:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Allen Propst, Douglas Propst, Keith Propst, Stephen Propst, Steve Hadley and Junior Baggett.
