Samuel Norman "Sam" Crane Sr., age 93, of Stockton, Alabama, passed away peacefully on February 27, 2026. Born on December 7, 1932, in Stockton, Sam lived a life marked by kindness, integrity, and a quiet strength that touched everyone who knew him.

He went on to build a long and respected career with Alabama Power Company, where he worked for 35 years before retiring.
Sam was known for his kind heart and gentle spirit. He truly represented the "gentle" in gentleman, always quick with a smile and a word of encouragement.
