Sally C. (Stevens) Thompson

Sally C. Stevens Thompson, age 78, born in Greensboro, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Friday, October 10, 2025 in Fairhope, AL. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her daughters, Tammy (Alan) McDonald and Brenda (John) Johnson; grandchildren, Sandy (Keegan) Homan, Victoria McDonald and Nathan Thompson; great grandchildren, Allyisa Homan and Sophia Homan all of Bay Minette, AL; a sister, Betsy (Lowell) Isabell of Jackson, AL; a brother, Johnny (Shirley) Stevens of Mobile, AL and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other family.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Colbert S. Thompson; her parents, Mack and Lula Braizer Stevens; brother, Buddy Stevens and sisters, Jewel Booth, Catherine Saranthus, Ruby Womack and Maggie Bacon.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Pastor Joshua Mays officiating. Burial will follow at Perdido Baptist Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday, October 13, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be John Johnson, Leigh Bolen, Lowell Isavell, Ves Slayton, Steven Chance and Mack Newburn.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the North Baldwin Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 190, Bay Minette, AL 36507 or to the American Heart Association.
