Robert Michael "Mikie" Thompson

Robert Michael “Mikie” Thompson, age 46, born in Mobile, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Thursday, November 14, 2024. He was an electrician at Heartland Electric.

He is survived by his wife, Stacey Lynn Russell-Thompson of Bay Minette, AL; two daughters, Emily McKenzie (Colton) Thompson-Rider of Crossroads and Macie Liberty Leigh Thompson of Bay Minette, AL; his parents, Norman “PeeWee” and Diane Wiggins Thompson of Pine Grove; two brothers, Christopher David Thompson of Elberta, AL and Homayoun “Thumper” (Gina) Thompson of Prattville, AL; his grandmother, Lorene Thompson of Stapleton, AL and two grandchildren, Ethen Lewis Rider and Josie Lynn Rider.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James David and Dorothy Elizabeth Renfroe Wiggins and Norman Hamilton Thompson.

A gathering of friends and family will be held Friday, November 29, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Pine Grove Baptist Church.
