Robert Louis "Bob" Ponsetti

Robert Louis “Bob” Ponsetti, age 77, born in Belaire, OH and a resident of Mobile, AL died Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Springhill Hospital. He was a retired chemical operator at Dupont. He was a veteran of the U.S. air Force having served during Vietnam.

He is survived by his wife, Della Faye Averitt Ponsetti of Mobile, AL; two daughters, Candace Blay of Grand Bay, AL and Rebecca Ponsetti of Arvada, CO; two stepsons, Chad Chambless of Pine Grove and Chet (Amber) Chambless of Geismar, LA; two sisters, Janice (Tony) Polsinelle of McMechen, WV and Emma Pickett of McMechen WV; grandchildren, Skylar James Prescott, Peyton Rain Terry and Hunter Nathaniel Terry; great grandchildren, Olivia Jane Prescott (and baby Prescott on the way) and five step grandchildren.

He was preceded in death two grandchildren, Aaron Michael Blay and Heather Eileen Blay.
