Ricky Combs Obituary

Ricky A. Combs, age 69, born in Indiana and a resident of the Phillipsville Community, died Sunday, August 8, 2021 at North Baldwin Infirmary. He was an auto parts driver for Advance Auto. He loved Auburn Football and sitting on the porch drinking coffee.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Cunningham Combs of Phillipsville; his children, Charlene (Jeff) Lingenfelter of Alaska, Melanie Thomas of Michigan, Julie Howell (Jimmie) Veal of Salem, AL and Jamie (Shana) Howell of Phillipsville; one brother, Ron (Cindy) Combs of Illinois; one sister, Renee (Paul) Di Bona of Illinois and grandchildren, Hailey, Bailee, Cody, Lexi, Clark and Caleb and great grandson, Ryder Wyatt.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilburn D. and Janet Marie Houser Combs and a brother, Rob Combs.
