Rachael (Gann) Shiver

Rachael Gann Shiver, age 77, born in Fayette, AL and a resident of Stapleton, AL died Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at her residence. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her children, Kathy Louise (Terry) Meyers of Lillian, AL, David Lester (Jonnie) Shiver of White House Fork, Jimmy Lavon (Mary) Shiver of White House Fork, Teresa Ann Shiver of White House Fork, Robert Junior (Stacey) Shiver of Stapleton, AL, Jeanie Corelia (Gerald) Walker of Crossroads, Tammy Lynn Shiver of Stapleton, AL and John Lester (Kathy) Shiver, Jr. of Robertsdale, AL; two brothers, Joe Gann of Winfield, AL and James Gann of Fayette, AL; two sisters, Dorothy Kay Wiggins of Bay Minette, AL and Sarah Gann of Fayette, AL; thirty-two grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Lester Shiver, Sr. and a daughter, Shelia Marie Roberts.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 2, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Victor Sprinkle officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday, October 2, 2020 from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be John Porter Shiver, James Shiver, Matthew Johnson, Jonathan Lee, Robert Shiver and Chase Middleton.
