Patricia Ann (Thomaston) Rider

Patricia Ann Rider, age 61, of Bay Minette, Alabama, passed away on April 21, 2026. She was born on August 1, 1964, and was a lifelong resident of Bay Minette.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Neil Daniel Rider; her mother, Eloise Thomaston; and her brothers, Stephen Thomaston and Michael Thomaston.

She is survived by her children, Holly Chastang (Jacob), Andrew Rider (Marianna), Jessica Etheridge (David), and Kevin Cody Cooper. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Heather, Jazzmine, Erick, Jayden, Dayana, Matthew, Draven, and Mavis. Patricia is also survived by her sister, Susan Harris (Gerald).

Patricia loved her family deeply and found joy in caring for her rose bushes.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 25th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with funeral services immediately following at Norris Funeral Home in Bay Minette, Alabama. Burial will follow at Johnson Cemetery.
