Patricia Ann "Pat" (Moorer) Lafon

Patricia Ann “Pat” Moorer Lafon, age 78, born in Mobile, AL and a resident of Stockton, AL died Friday, December 20, 2024 at her residence. She was a retired machine operator at Gulf Packing.

She is survived by her husband, Danny Lee Lafon of Stockton, AL; two daughters, Angela Christine (Arthur) Chambless of Stockton, AL and Daniell Leigh (Adam) Parker of Mobile, AL; one brother, Julian (Cathy) Moorer of Pensacola, FL and three grandsons, Abraham James Parker, Toby Jay Parker and Benny Lee Parker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jiggs and Edna Moorer and a sister, Marilyn June Fretwell.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 27, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Otis Thames and Reverend Adam Parker officiating. Burial will follow at the Alabama State Veterans Cemetery in Spanish Fort at 2:00 p.m.

The family will receive friends Friday, December 27, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until the 12:30 p.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Arthur Chambless, Adam Parker, Jamie Morris, Anthony Caraway, Aaron Caraway and Triston Holt.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Stockton First Baptist Church Building Fund, 52700 State Highway 59, Stockton, AL 36579.
