Nellie Christine (Homan) Galloway

Nellie Christine Homan Galloway, age 90, born in Fayette County, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Friday, October 11, 2024 at her residence. She was a retired seamstress at Mannor Slacks.

She is survived by four sons, Dwight Galloway of Bay Minette, AL, David (Donna) Galloway of Bay Minette, AL, Keith (Peggy) Galloway of Fairhope, AL and Kevin (Kim) Galloway of Bay Minette, AL; one brother, Milford Homan of Bay Minette, AL; eleven grandchildren; thirty-four great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther “Boots” Galloway; a daughter, Phyllis Barry; a granddaughter, April Galloway; daughter-in-law, Sandi Galloway; three brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Dr. Chip Starnes officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until the 2:00 p.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Michael Mayo, Miles Mayo, Mitchell Tuberville, Mylan Tuberville, Eli Galloway and Holden Galloway.
