Mortie Geron Miller

Mortie Geron Miller, age 64, born in Mobile, AL and a resident of Perdido, AL died Sunday, December 29, 2024 at his residence. He was a master plumber for Local #119 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union.

He is survived by two daughters, Jessica R.M. (Ernie) Brown of Bay Minette, AL and Leslie D.M. (Layton) Perkins of Perdido, AL; two brothers, Donnie Miller and Eddie Miller both of Mobile, AL; one sister, Debbie Miller (Bruce) Lavinskey of Robertsdale, AL; grandchildren, Tyler Brown, Trevor Brown, Thomas Bryars, Megan Hunt, Ambert Hunt, Elizabeth Hunt, Haleigh Hunt, Rain Hunt, Layton Perkins, Jr. Remley Langford, Mason Kelly, Cory Kelly and Donald (Cecelia) Hunt and six great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Leigh Smith Miller; a brother, Jeffrey L. Miller, a grandson, Brady Bryars; stepson, Christopher Hunt and his parents, Leslie Gilbert and Ollie Reid Miller.

Graveside services and burial will be held Saturday, January 11, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. at Brown Cemetery with Reverend Lizzie Ann Rowan officiating.

The family will receive friends Saturday, January 11, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Brown, Thomas Bryars, Trevor Brown, Mason Kelly, Cory Kelly, Guy Parker and Layton Perkins, Jr.
