Mildred Maxine (Sanders) Jordan

Mildred Maxine Sanders Jordan, age 68, born in Brewton, AL and a resident of Pine Grove died Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at her residence. She worked on the assembly line and sanding department at Standard Furniture.

She is survived by her children, Darlene Jordan of Pine Grove, Wayne Jordan of Pine Grove, Marie (PeeWee Poston) Jordan of Pine Grove and Cindy (Jimbo) Brown of Rabun; adopted daughter, Diane Ella McHenrey of Pine Grove; one brother, Melvin Sanders of Pine Grove; one sister, Bonnie Broome of Pine Grove; grandchildren, Lisa (Geoffery) Sharp pf White House Fork; Tabatha (Larry Johnson, Rosie (Dylan) Johnson, Matie (Kenneth) Phillips, Christian Joran and Michael Jordan all of Pine Grove, Ethan Brown and Aron Brown both of Rabun; great grandchildren, Devon, Lana, Brooklyn, Thomas, Zoey, Ava, Briella, Waylon and Jiren and nieces and nephews, Chad Sanders of Pine Grove, Mike (Georgina) Sanders of Pine Grove and Mellissia Cantrell of Bossier, LA.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Rosie Lee Sanders; her father, Horace Lee Sanders and a brother, Chesley Lee Sanders.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Dean’s Holiness Church with Sister Helen Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday, September 10, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until service time at Dean’s Holiness Church.

Pallbearers will be Dylan Johnson, Larry Johnson, Jeff Sharp, Jimbo Brown, Kenneth Phillips and Steven Jackson.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions made to the North Baldwin Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 190, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
