Michael Ray Lamberth

Michael Ray Lamberth, age 66, born in Atmore, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Thursday, February 28, 2019 at his residence. He worked in maintenance for 40 years at the Alabama State Docks. He went to work at an early age in a poolhall racking tables which led him to become an avid pool player. Mike enjoyed hunting and fishing and he loved his family.

He is survived by two sisters, Linda Jean Millwood of Covington, GA and Charlene (Richard) Mitchell of Covington, GA; stepson, Clint (Kacey) Dawson of Bay Minette, AL; step granddaughter, Kennedy Dawson; seven nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews and one great great nephew, aunts and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Kenetha Lamberth and his parents, Jack Ogal and Augustine Melinda Stewart Lamberth.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Otis Thames, Reverend James Peacock and Chaplain Cindy Still officiating. Burial will follow at Bryars-McGill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday, March 4, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Long, Ricky Long, Heath Knight, Hunter Phillips, Hagen Phillips and Pete Shofner. Honorary pallbearers will be Shane Millwood, Josh Millwood, Aaron Mullinax, Jackson Millwood and Logan Millwood.
