Mazie Katrina (Ikner) Crane

Mazie Katrina Ikner Crane, age 80, a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Monday, September 9, 2024 at Mobile Infirmary. She was born in Uriah, AL to Johnny and Penny Davis Ikner. She loved reading on her kindle, watching Alabama Football, Braves Baseball and keeping her husband in line. Her only outing was on Thursdays to get her hair fixed by JoAnn Bryars due to her physical disabilities.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Albert “Benjie” Crane of Bay Minette, AL; her children, Byron (Pam) Patterson of Foley, AL, Keith (Debbie) Patterson of Bay Minette, AL, Angela (Ray) Dorman of Bay Minette, AL, James Crane of Mobile, AL and Patrick (Chad) Knight Crane of Mobile, AL; grandchildren, Katie (Eric) Jackson, Jacob Patterson, Scott Davis, Dalton Patterson, Skye Patterson, Anthony (Melissa) Dorman, Melanie McElhenney, Clayton (Kyndall) Crane, Hunter Crane and Jordan (Jeremy) Johnson; great grandchildren, Liam, Maleah, Teighlor, Parker, Presleigh, Kinsey, Hagan, Grant, Caston, Cale and Katie and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Marie, Judy and Gayle

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Tony Meinhardt officiating. Burial will follow at Stockton Memorial Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 11, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be James Godwin, Dalton Patterson, Jacob Patterson, Anthony Dorman, Clayton Crane and Tyler Hadley.
