Mary (Brown) Chastang

Mary Brown Chastang, age 79, born in Georgiana, AL and a resident of the White House Fork Community died Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at her residence. She was the owner of Baldwin County Bonding Company since 1986. She was also a member of the White House Fork Baptist Church since 1971 and graduated from Baldwin County High School in 1961.

She is survived by three sons, Blaine (Janet) Chastang, Brent (Kim) Chastang and Pelham Chastang all of White House Fork; grandchildren, Katelyn Chastang, Braxton (Taylor) Chastang, Fallon Chastang, Ali (Tanner) Rogers, Austin (Maggie) Chastang, Lauren (Gunnar) Raney and Caroline Chastang and one great granddaughter, Anniston Chastang.

She was preceded in death by her husband James B. Chastang; her parents, Fussell and Dottie Black Brown and a daughter-in-law, Kristye Chastang.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 21, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the White House Fork Pentecostal holiness Church with Reverend Otis Thames and Reverend Tony Banning officiating. Burial will follow at Chastang Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, July 20, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the White House Fork Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Pallbearers will be Braxton Chastang, Austin Chastang, Tanner Rogers, Gunnar Raney, Keith Blackburn and DeWayne Chastang.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the White House Fork Baptist Church, 40800-B County Road 39, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
