Martin "Marty" Henry Wilson

Martin Henry “Marty” Wilson, age 57, born in Bay Minette, AL and a resident of Perdido, AL died Monday, June 7, 2021 in Zachary, LA. He was a construction project manager at Georgia Pacific. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and also a member of the Perdido Masonic Lodge #752.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly Morgan Wilson of Perdido, AL; his children, Kimberly Denise (Francisco) Wilson of Silverhill, AL, Jason Logan (Lauren) Wilson of Loxley, AL, Joshua Aaron (Jesse) Morgan of Belforest, Miranda Paige (Michael) Boutwell of Abilene, TX, Laura Elizabeth (Joshua) Cartwright of Robertsdale, AL and Matthew Aaron (Candice) Bramlett of Nokomis, AL; his parents, Henry M. and Maxine C. Wilson of Perdido, AL; one sister, Kelli Wilson of Perdido Beach and seventeen grandchildren

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Roy Chancery, Ada Chancery and paternal grandparents, Leila Wilson and Luke Wilson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Otis Thames officiating. Burial will follow at Bryars-McGill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday, June 11, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.
