Marlene Thomas Obituary
Marlene A. Tucker Thomas, age 79, a longtime resident of Fairhope, AL died peacefully at home on Friday, October 9, 2020 surrounded by family and friends. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, James Edward Thomas, Jr.; her children, Christina Stacey, Charles Anthony Smith and James Edward Halzak; five grandchildren, Brandon Boatwright, Marcus “Bo” Boatwright, Kassi “Cat” Archer, Cameron “Baby Boy” Archer and Charlie Stacey; her uncle, J.D. Hayes; daughters-in-law, Margaret “Mike” Everett and Dana Stacey and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Lynn Smith; her mother, Eunice V. Hayes Johnson; her father, Hiram Tucker and a sister, Waudine Williams.
Graveside services and burial will be held Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Alabama State Veterans Cemetery with Reverend Dale Cagle officiating.
