Margie Carolyn Overstreet McLaughlin, age 85, born in Bluff Springs, FL and a resident of Pine Grove died Thursday, August 15, 2019 at her residence. She was the owner of Gunter’s Grocery Store in Toulminville.

She is survived by her children, Robert Everette McLaughlin, Jr. of Dothan, AL, Michael Dan (Mary) McLaughlin of Mobile, AL, Terry Ernest McLaughlin of Pine Grove, John Arthur (Grant) McLaughlin of Pine Grove, Jasper Daniel (Nicole) Trest of SC and Angela Michelle (Laura Morgan) Trest of Perdido; one sister, Margaret (Jesse) Corley of Bay Minette, AL; fourteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren and thirteen great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Susan Trest.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Glen Whitfield, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday, August 16, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Michael Dan McLaughlin, Jr., Michael Dan McLaughlin, III, Zachary McLaughlin, Tyler Jackson, J.D. Trest and Charles Young.
