Louise (Ellis) Brown

Frances Louise Ellis Brown, age 82, born in Bermuda, AL and a resident of the Crossroads Community died Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at North Baldwin Infirmary. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her children, Janet (Larry) Byrne of Crossroads, Lisa (Kenneth) Hastings of Crossroads and Becky (Greg) Burt of Crossroads; daughter-in-law, Sarah Brown of Spanish Fort, AL; one sister, Brenda West of Mobile, AL; grandchildren, Johnathan Hastings, Kenny Rolin, Jenny (Kheyton) Byrd, Walter (Marie) House, Jason (Audrey) House, Amy Burt and G2 Burt and great grandchildren, Devin House, Lucas House, Adeline House and Gracyn Burt.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale E. Brown; two sons, Ronald E. Brown and Louis Neal Brown; one brother, Robert Ellis; her mother, Bernice West and her father, Ray Ellis.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. at the Durant Chapel Baptist Church with Dr. Henry Cox, Reverend Mike Wade and Reverend Mike Burnett officiating. Burial will follow at Durant Chapel Baptist Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday, June 27, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. until the 4:30 p.m. service at Durant Chapel Baptist Church. 

Pallbearers will be Johnathan Hastings, Walter House, Jason House, Devin House, Greg Burt and Rob Ellis. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenny Rolin, Mark Byrne, Larry Hayles and Robert Powell.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to  ARC of Baldwin County, P.O. Box 400, Loxley, AL 36551.
