Louise (West) Boutwell

Louise West Boutwell, age 86, born in Waynesboro, MS and a resident of the Crossroads Community died Friday, August 4, 2023 at North Baldwin Infirmary. She was the owner and operator of Boutwell Bait and Tackle.

She is survived by her children, David (Ginger) Boutwell, Rebecca (Donald) Parker and Ramona Boutwell (Michael, Sr.) Boutwell all of Crossroads; grandchildren, Michael (Paige) Boutwell, Jr. of Abline, TX, Christopher Andrew Boutwell of Crossroads, Piper Boutwell of Crossroads, Misty (Brandon) Parker of Bay Minette, AL, David Parker, III, Bryan (Erica) Little of Foley, AL and Jessica (Andrew) Billits of Birmingham, AL and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Newburn Boutwell and siblings, Edith West, O.D. West, Betty Walker, Sherman West, Glen Curtis West, Christine Clark, Donald Ray West and Delor Busby.

Funeral services will be held Monday, August 7, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Durant Chapel Baptist Church with Dr. Jim Burnette and Dr. Henry Cox officiating. Burial will follow at Crossroads Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday, August 7, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service at Durant Chapel Baptist Church.

Pallbearers will be Chris Boutwell, Michael Boutwell, Glen Brown, Ronnie Ralston, David Parker and Mike Wade.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Lolly Mayo for Crossroads Cemetery Fund, 41541 Manuel Durant Road, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
