Lois E. (Peacock) Little

Lois Peacock Little, age 91, a resident of Bay Minette, AL, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2021 in Daphne, AL surrounded by her family. Lois was born in Mobile, AL to Andrew Jackson “AJ” and Violet Peacock on January 7, 1930.  She grew up in Bayou La Batre, AL where she attended Alma Bryant High School. After high school, she married Henry Little and they settled in Bay Minette to raise their eight children. 

She is survived by all eight of her children John Mitchell Little (Mary Alice) of Fairhope, AL, Sharon Ann Quinley (Steve) of Crossroads, Paul Douglas Little (Debbie) of Silverhill, AL, Brenda Diane Stewart (Charles) of Crossroads, Bruce Edward Little (Patricia) of Cocoa Beach FL Janet Susan Creighton (Rick) of San Antonio TX, Steven Wayne Little of Fairhope, AL and Andrea Lynn Melton (Wally) of Stockton; sixteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren

She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years Henry Little and her parents AJ and Violet Peacock, sister Mildred Peacock Upshaw, and brother Charles (Buddy) Peacock and grandson Jason Stewart 

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with her grandson Mark Little officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, December 30, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until the 2:00 p.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Quinley, Chad Stewart, Josh Martin, Levi Melton, Grant Little, Carter Little and Brian Little.
