Lois Mae Mizell Crawford, age 76, a native and resident of Stapleton, AL died Saturday, January 30, 2021 at North Baldwin Infirmary. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, David B. Crawford, Sr. of Stapleton, AL; her children, David B. (Frankie) Crawford, Jr. of Citronelle, AL, Gary B. (Emily) Crawford of Stapleton, AL, Michael Wayne (Hannah) Crawford of Stapleton, AL and John Lewis (Tammy) Crawford of Daphne, AL; four brothers, Claude Mizell of State Line, MS, Clyde Mizell of Tanner Williams, Jody Mizell of White House Fork and Mack Mizell of Tanner Williams; six sisters, Nancy Malone of Chickasaw, Murdis Bryan of Wilmer, Janis Flowers of Wilmer, Joyce “Dena” Mizell Murchio of White House Fork, Tracy Mizell of Tanner Williams and Elizabeth Mizell of Spanish Fort; grandchildren, Scott Crawford, Bryce (Amie) Huggins, Sami Palmer (Kristen) Johnson, Jarrett Crawford, Matthew (Anna) Crawford, Cody Palkovic, William Crawford. Madeline Crawford, Landon Crawford, Gracie Mae Crawford, Mason Crawford and Jesse Crawford; nine great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Amanda Crawford; her parents, John and Ruthie Richerson Mizell; brothers, Jack Mizell, Luther Mizell and Carl Mizell and sister, Ruby Cotton.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at Stapleton Baptist Church with Reverend Allan Lawhorn and Reverend Josh Vance officiating. Burial will follow at Dean Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 2, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until the 12:00 p.m. service at Stapleton Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Joe Perkins, Carry Davison, Tommy Raines, Charles Cotton, Ellis Hussar and Jeff Morrissette.
