Linda (Stewart) Armstrong

Linda Stewart Armstrong, age 67, born in Eight Mile, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Friday, April 24, 2020 at USA Medical Center, She was in Administration at Scott Paper Company.

She is survived by her husband, James “Tim” Armstrong, Sr. of Bay Minette, AL; her children, Kimberly Shiver of Rabun, James T. “Jay” (Jessica) Armstrong, Jr. of Loxley, AL and Joseph Glynn (Allison) Armstrong of Daphne, AL; one brother, Joe Stewart of Mobile, AL; two sisters, Jenny Sullivan of Mobile, AL and Anita Ham of Mobile, AL; seven grandchildren, Crysten (Zack) Demko, Jessie Shiver, D.J. Shiver, Timothy Mason, Kayden Armstrong, Hayley Armstrong and Jackson Armstrong.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Dynell Mason; her parents, Purteman Corley Stewart, Sr. and Kathryn Hopkins Oliver Stewart and siblings, Mellard Stewart, Hap Stewart, Sam Stewart, Mary Presley, John Stewart, Charlie Stewart and Horace Stewart.

Graveside services and burial will be held Monday, April 27, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Bay Minette Cemetery with Reverend Richie Sullivan officiating.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Armstrong, Jay Armstrong, D.J. Shiver, Zack Demko, Timothy Mason and Larry Mason.
