Lillie Golden (Morris) Clark

Lillie Golden Clark, age 82, born in Foley, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Monday, August 3, 2026 at Thomas Hospital. She was a retired teacher for the Baldwin County Board of Education.

She is survived by her children, David (Champa) Golden of Sand Springs, MD, Karen G. (Marcus) Peeples of Warner Robins, GA, Brian Golden of Stockton, AL, Jack (Shelia) Clark of Swainsboro, GA, Debra Jo (Kim) Youmans of Swainsboro, GA and Carol Diane Clark Erickson of Swainsboro, GA; a brother, Joe Morris of Bay Minette, AL; a sister, Rose Mary Meek; twenty grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

She as preceded in death by her husband, Joel Perry Clark; brothers, Tom Morris, Augustus Morris and William Morris and a sister, Violet Booth.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 7, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Jim Parmer officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday, August 7, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Marcus Peebles, Devan Bryars, Charles Curry, Glenn Wolfe, Nathaniel Robertson and Garrett Hilton.
