Kenneth Randall "Randy" Vinson

Kenneth Randall “Randy” Vinson, age 64, a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at North Baldwin Infirmary. He worked in the Woodlands at International Paper Company and worked in Assembly at Quincey Compressor.

He is survived by his sons, Waylon (Brittany) Vinson of Bay Minette, AL and J.R. (Tonya) Gardner of Bay Minette, AL; a daughter, Jessica Holt Bear of Knoxville, TN; a sister, Betty Vinson (David) Raby of Travelers Rest, SC; grandchildren, Jaylon Dakota Vinson, Garrett Corbin Vinson and Kanen Gardner and his best friends, Robert Kilpatrick, Charles Pierce, David Boyington and Eric Roley.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Ruby Trawick Vinson; brothers, Larry Vinson, Richard Vinson and Gary Vinson and a sister, Diane Homan.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Wendell Hadley officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Hills Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until the 10:30 a.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

The family would like to express a special thank you to all of Randy’s friends that helped during his illness, Barbara McLain, Kathy Taylor, Mitchell McLain, Patty McLain, James Reed and Aubrey Foster and also the doctors, nurses and staff at North Baldwin Infirmary for the care he received.
