Kathleen Marie (Scruggs) Alexander

Kathleen Marie Scruggs Alexander, age 68, born in Texas and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Thursday, September 19, 2024 at her residence. She worked as a waitress for many years. She was very loving and compassionate. She knew no stranger. Her favorite things to do were fishing, going to the race track, spending time with family and friends and the VFW where she was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary. She was very passionate about our veterans. 

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Wilkins of Bay Minette, AL; one son, Ronald (Melody) Reed of Pilot Point, TX; one daughter, Wendy (Bobby) Stidham of Mansfield, MO; one stepson, Michael Wilkins of Bay Minette, AL; three step daughters, Sonja Wilkins, Lisa Wilkins and Melissa Wilkins all of Texas; one brother, James (Elsa) Hall of Daphne, AL; her bonus dad, Jacob Cooper of Daphne, AL; sister in law, Pam Hall of Bay Minette, AL; eight grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren and one great great grandchild and numerous special nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Laura Cooper; her father, Billy Scruggs and two brothers, Edward Hall and Adrian Hall.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Ed McMillan officiating.

The family will receive friends Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until the 6:00 p.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.
