Julian JR Davis

Julian JR Davis, age 72, born in Brewton, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Monday, May 10, 2021 at his residence. He was a self-employed produce salesman. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during Vietnam.

He is survived by three daughters, Twalla Davis, Rhonda Davis and Angela Davis all of Bay Minette, AL; one brother, Tommy Davis of Bay Minette, AL; three sisters, Corine Smith of Brewton, AL, Wanda Ray of Brewton, AL and Mackie Wasden of Bay Minette, AL; seven grandchildren, Johnathon Davis, Justin Davis, Amanda Lacey, Jacob Lacey, Dakota Davis, Courtney Hall and Caleb Hall and ten great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bivian Thomas and Nealey Mae Dees Davis; one brother, Benion “Dick” Davis and his wife, Susan Colbert Davis.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Sister Helen Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Richerson Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until the 2:00 p.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Justin Davis, Aaron Wasden, Skyler Wasden, Steven Ray, Caleb Hall and Alex Wasden.
