Judy (Dees) Watson

Judy Dees Watson, age 82, a native and resident of Bay Minette, AL died Monday, October 20, 2025 at North Baldwin Infirmary. She was a retired teacher for the Baldwin County Board of Education.

She is survived by one son, William “Billy” (Tocka) Watson of Lebanon, TN; two daughters, Donna Allyce Watson of Bay Minette, AL and Deloris Ann (Johnny) Cox of Birmingham, AL; fourteen grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Buster Ben Watson; a son, Jeffery Carl Watson; a grandson, Justin Watson and her parents, Grady and Monzee Dees.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 24, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Community of Christ Church with Elder Jimmie Clark, Elder Kay Foster and Elder Sarah Doer officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Cox, Brian Burton, Keenan Washington, Kelton Langford, Richard Corb and Paul Wayne Emmanuel. Honorary pallbearer will be A.J. Rinkus.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
