Judy Marie Matthews

Judy Marie Matthews, age 73, a native and resident of Bay Minette, AL passed away peacefully, Saturday, August 23, 2025.

She is survived by her siblings, Edward and Renee, George and Denise, Tommy, Shirley, Bonnie, Mary Frances and numerous nieces and nephews.

Judy was preceded in death by loving adoptive parents, C.H. (Buck) and Dorothy Eckert Matthews; siblings, Houston and Willis; niece, Samantha and sister-in-law, Betty.

Graveside services and burial will be held Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Bay Minette Cemetery with Reverend Jason Hughes officiating.

The family expresses our heartful thanks to Oakwood Nursing Home and Crown Health Care for the love and care of Judy during the last 14 years. Also, our sincere thanks to the staff at Norris Funeral Home.
