Joyce Louvern "Lou" Emmons Barrett

Joyce Louvern "Lou"  Emmons Barrett passed away on November 26, 2019 in St. Cloud Florida. She was born in Perdido, AL on November 18, 1931.  She was the youngest of six siblings. 

She is survived by her son Don (Madelyn) Long; her daughter, Donna Sims; grandchildren, Ivy Sims, Bert Sims and Jayna Wade and four great grandchildren, Tristan, River, Kaylin and Amara.

She is preceded in death by her husband Clarence (Bill) Barrett. 

A celebration of her life will be held graveside on Saturday February 8, at 11:00  am  at Bryars-McGill Cemetery,  County Road 47, Perdido, AL.  She will be interred along side her parents, Frank and Anna Emmons, and her sister Lois Emmons Vela.  

Donations to the Alzheimer’s Association are encouraged in lieu of flowers.
