Janette Lea Williamson, age 75, born in Mobile, AL and a resident of the Little River AL Community died August 17, 2024 at her residence. She was a retired nurse of over 50 years and worked within multiple doctors’ offices in Bay Minette, Daphne and Mobile, AL.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Charlie Williamson of Little River, AL; one daughter, Tracy (Russ) Palmer of Flowery Branch, GA; two sons Billy (Tracy) Williamson of Daphne, AL and Scott (Dawn) Williamson of Opp, AL; seven grandchildren, Strickland and Corbin Palmer; Chase and Chloe Williamson; Andrew, Alex and Tristin Williamson; two sisters, Susie (Dickie) Cleveland of Daphne, AL and Marylin (Gary) Powers of Loxley, AL; multiple nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and June Dixon; one brother Jimmy Dixon; two sisters, Honey Dixon and Janice Steade.
A celebration of life will be held at The First Baptist Church in Bay Minette, AL on Monday, August 26, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. with Dr. Chip Starnes officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests a memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society
