James Crawford Reynolds, age 69, of Bay Minette, Alabama, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. He was born on July 30, 1956.
James was a simple man, quiet in nature but full of love for his family. He enjoyed keeping up with the news and most any sports. He spent 35 years working as a dedicated shipfitter at Ingalls Shipbuilding, providing for his family with steady hands and a strong work ethic before retiring a few years ago.
He shared more than 47 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Rebecca “Becky” Ann Reid Reynolds.
He is survived by his wife, Becky, of Bay Minette; his children, James Reid (Debra) Reynolds of Bay Minette and Cheri Reynolds (Jene III) Palmer of Perdido; and his two grandchildren, Xander Hayes Reynolds and Willow Reese Palmer, who brought him great pride and joy.
A celebration of James’s life will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the pavilion at Baldwin County Bicentennial Park, 51233 AL-225, Stockton, Alabama 36579.
Dress attire is causal, just like he would want it.
