Infant Alexander Wesley Godwin

Infant Alexander Wesley Godwin, born May 3, 2025 passed away Saturday May 10, 2025 at USA Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

He is survived by his parents, Daniel and Cassy White Godwin of Daphne, AL; one brother, Oliver Michael Godwin of Daphne, AL; grandparents, JoAnn and Michael Sims of Albertville, AL; Russell Godwin of Bay Minette, AL, Donna Godwin of Bay Minette, AL; great grandmother, Charline Gibson Woodcock of Guntersville, AL and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his great grandfather, James Oliver Gibson and great grandparents, Dewey and Joline Russell Godwin, Dan and Sandra Pruett, Bobby and Gertrude Sims and Thomas and Lela Parker.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 16, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church with Reverend Michael Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday, May 16, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until the 12:00 p.m. service at the First Presbyterian Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to USA Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
