Frankie Lou Thomley Hall, age 84 of Bay Minette, AL passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. She was born July 18, 1941 to Jack and Myrtle Thomley of Perdido, AL.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her greatest passion other than family was her quilting and crafting. She was a member of Splinterhill Pentecostal Church her entire life where she was a Sunday School teacher and pianist. She was also a member and secretary of Rabun Volunteer Fire Department for 42 years.
She is survived by one daughter, Debbie (Tony) Parker of Perdido, AL; two sons, Leon Hall of Rabun and Norris (Lydia) Hall of Bay Minette, AL; eight grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Jeanette Haldey and Joyce Thomley and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Wendell Hall; her parents; two brothers and five sisters.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend James Peacock and Lonell Peacock officiating. Burial will follow at Bryars-McGill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday, November 7, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Chris Pfeffer, John Curtis Pfeffer, Greg Hall, Ken Hall, Kris Parker, Dustin Pfeffer, Devon Pfeffer and Kipton Hall.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Pleasant Plains (Splinterhill) Pentecostal Church, 53257 Don Lane, Perdido, AL 36562.
The family would like to express their deepest appreciation to Tabitha Johnson Geck of Springhill Hospice for the compassionate care of Frankie.
