Evelyn Anita Taylor Cook, age 72, born in Frankfurt, Germany and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Monday, June 9, 2025 at USA Health. She was a retired retail clerk.

She is survived by her children, Raymond L. (Marisa) Cook, II of Bay Minette, AL, Melissa (Alex Poole) Cook of Bay Minette, AL and Elizabeth M. (Omar) Cannon of Paris, TN; one brother, Frank Winfried (Judy) Taylor of St. Pete, FL; grandchildren, Michael, Bryonna, Lonnell, Dalton, Wanda, Brayden, Trinity, Jonathan and Omarion and great grandchildren, Angel, Carter, M.J., Kehlani, Deanna, Kiaoni and Khloe.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond L. Cook; her parents, Harmon Wallace and Lucie Irmgard Rusteberg Taylor and a brother, Mike Henry Taylor.

Private services will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
