Ernest Maxwell Stewart, Jr.

Ernest Maxwell Stewart, Jr., age 74, a native and resident of the Phillipsville Community died Friday, July 10, 2026 at his residence. He was a retired welder at Alabama Shipyard. 

He is survived by one brother, Tony Ray Stewart of Phillipsville and a sister, Betty Ann Stewart (Jeffrey) Munn of Fairhope, AL.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Donald Roley officiating.

The family will receive friends Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. until the 1:00 p.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.
