Elmer Havis "John" Johnson, Jr.

Elmer Havis “John” Johnson, Jr., age 68, born in Ft. Sill, OK and a resident of White House Fork, died Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Mobile Infirmary.

He is survived by a daughter, Serena (Ken) Emmons of Pine Grove; two grandchildren, Morgan Brooke Emmons (Zachary) Pierce of Bay Minette, AL and Kenneth Bailey Emmons of Pine Grove.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Havis Johnson, Sr. and Mary Ellen Pettis Johnson; his first wife, Mattie Sue Brooks Johnson; his second wife, Cindy Johnson and a brother, Carmen Johnson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 31, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Derick Sowell officiating. Burial will follow at White Cemetery in White House Fork.

The family will receive friends Saturday, October 31, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Bailey Emmons, Zachary Pierce, Vern Harper, Leslie Johnson, Wade Johnson and Joshua Johnson.
