Elizabeth (Simpson) Terry

Elizabeth Simpson Terry, age 53, born in FL and a resident of Rabun died Sunday, September 29, 2019 at Providence Hospital. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Anthony Terry of Rabun; one son, Brandon Kyle Terry of Rabun; three daughters, Mary Elizabeth (Christopher) Bowden of Robertsdale, AL, Tina Terry (Joseph) Nabors of Robertsdale, AL and Bridgett Faith (Jordan) Hodges of Pine Grove; her parents, Robert “Bob” and Edna Bailey Simpson of Bay Minette, AL; four brothers, Robbie (Debra) Simpson of Pine Grove, Tim (Brandy) Simpson of Horseneck Fork, Jamie (Dana) Simpson of Crossroads and Benji Simpson of Pine Grove; two sisters, Tammy (Michael) Stabler of Excel, AL and Lisa (Allen) Jones of Mobile, AL; five grandchildren, Allison Kayleigh Bowden, Landen Bowden, Lee Nabors, Morgan Nabors and Layla Nabors.

She was preceded in death by a son, Shawn Michael Lee.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Stockton First Baptist Church with Reverend Otis Thames officiating. Burial will follow at Richerson Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 1, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.

Although the family will accept flowers they suggest memorial contributions be made to Stockton First Baptist Church Building Fund, 52700 State Highway 59, Stockton, AL 36579.
