Edward "Ed" G. McMillian

Edward G. “Ed” McMillian, age 83, born in Monroe County AL and a resident of the Pine Grove Community died Monday, September 1, 2025 at his residence. He had various occupations but most of all he was a devoted Minister.

He is survived by his wife, Marlene Pardue McMillian of Pine Grove; two sons, Michael (Jennifer) Pardue of Easley, SC and Eddie Eugene McMillian of Atmore, AL; four daughters, Becky (Rick) Cowan of Mobile, AL, Tammy (Barton) Mitchell of Mobile, AL, Pamela (Steve) Jackson of Bay Minette, AL and Evelyn Hayes of Grandridge, FL; one brother, Freddie Carl McMillian of Little River, AL; three sisters, Eva Williamson of Pine Grove, Frankie Cooley of Pine Grove and Annette Parnell of Bay Minette, AL and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two daughters, Donna Barfield and Marsha Lee Johnson; two brothers, Charles McMillian, Jr. and Elbert Leon McMillian and four sisters, Mazie Agnes Hosford, Shirley Ann Messer, Merle Lee Williams and Anis Bracken.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Royce Dubose officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, September 4, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until the 12:00 p.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Barton Mitchell, Steve Jackson, Wesley Browning, Ken Williamson, Anthony Cooley and Cameron Cooley. Honorary pallbearers will be Devin Stallworth and Johnathan Hadley.
