Edna Davis Obituary

Edna Katherine Johnson Davis, age 90, born in Bay Minette, AL and a resident of the White House Fork Community died Friday, September 6, 2024 at Crowne of North Baldwin. She was a retired seamstress at Mannor Slacks.

She is survived by her husband, Carlton Elijah Davis of White House Fork; two sons, Grady Edison (Margaret) Davis of Mobile, AL and Carlton Mitchell “Mickey” (Lynne) Davis of White House Fork; two sisters, Deborah (Eddie) McGinn of White House Fork and Dora Jernigan of Crossroads; grandchildren, Tim (Krystal) Davis, Tammy (Randy) Chance, Jason Davis, Brandon Powe and Marcus Powe; great grandchildren, Eli Hall and Mackenzie Davis and great-great granddaughter, Morgan Davis.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Edna Rebecca “Becky” Powe; three brothers, Buddy Johnson, Danny Johnson and Dale Johnson and two sisters, Evelyn Gray and Joyce Ann Smith.

Funeral services will be held Monday, September 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the White House Fork Pentecostal Holiness Church with Reverend Clark Beiler officiating. Burial will follow at White House Fork Baptist Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday, September 9, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service at White House Fork Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Pallbearers will be Tim Davis, Brandon Powe, Marcus Powe, Eli Hall, Jason Davis, Alton Wallace, Alfred Wallace and Ayden Jones.

Although the family will accept flowers, they suggest memorial contributions be made to White House Fork Pentecostal Holiness Church, 11513 White House Fork Road Ext., Bay Minette, AL 36507
