Donald Jerkins

Donald Jerkins, age 80, born in Stapleton, AL and a resident of Pensacola, FL died Saturday, May 6, 2023 at his residence. He was the owner of United Office Systems. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served during Vietnam.

He is survived by his wife, Ella Carolyn White Jerkins of Pensacola, FL; his children, Sheri Darlene (Leslie Cunningham) Guy of Pensacola, FL and Donald Chad Jerkins of Stapleton, AL; three brothers, Royce (Bernice) Jerkins of Stapleton, AL, Douglas (Ampi) Jerkins of Tucson, AZ and Robert (Sherrie) Taylor of Waynesboro, MS; five grandchildren, Braxton (Abby) Guy, Broox (Ketsia) Guy, Collin (Rosemary) Jerkins, Sydnee Jerkins and Gavin Jerkins and two great grandchildren, Lucas Jerkins and Hazel Crenshaw.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Robert and Evie Lee Dyess Jerkins and two brothers, Clyde Jerkins and Claude Jerkins.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Fred Franks officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. until the 3:00 p.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Collin Jerkins, Gavin Jerkins, Lionel Rider, Darren Jerkins, Michael Jerkins and Brandon Rider.
